Williams Industries Rewards Service Excellence - ADVERTORIAL EXCERPT
"The Williams Industries Inc. family mingled during cocktails and buffet dinner replete with sumptuous Bajan Christmas delicacies, hosted by Chairman of the Board, Ralph "Bizzy" Williams and his wife, Shelly. After the meal, Bizzy got down to the business of sharing and executing his strategic vision of ensuring each staff member’s ability to gain greater security for themselves and their families by earning shares after years of service. He began his presentation with emphasizing the critical link between "family and work". In addition, he announced the Group’s commitment to keeping Barbados green in the development of bio-diesel and solid waste products-due to come on stream soon.
Known for his hands-on and down to earth style, Williams succinctly offered a report revealing the generally good growth of the group of companies over the past year, as well as the issue of 60,500 new shares to reward longstanding employees that evening."

CARIBBEAN SAVOURIST REVIEW - Puddin' and souse lunch - a traditional Saturday lunch in Barbados
BELLYOLOGIST REVIEW Puddin' and souse lunch - a traditional Saturday lunch in Barbados. Enjoyed mine from The Village Buffet & Grill, Coverley: steamed puddin' (grated sweet potato), spicy pickled cucumber, souse (MY CHOICE: lean pork, pig ear, tongue) and breadfruit. So good! Great ambience, a delicious array of Caribbean food, good service. Eat inside and admire colourful chattel-house-inspired art or watch the world go by on the patio. **NB. Shannie now is based at The Village Buffet in Sheraton Centre.
